- The term Mia Cara or 'us or 'we' refers to the owner of the website.
- This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
- Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Your customer status.
By placing an order through our site www.miacara.co.uk, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are at least 16 years old;
All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods which may be offered by us on our site will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the goods. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the goods; and
You are buying the goods as a consumer and not for resale.
Order confirmation - On Receipt of your order we will issue you an email with your order confirmation which will state the items you have ordered and prices.
Shipping and returns - We hope you are happy with your received items but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You will need to return the item/items at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number inside. Orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded and you will have to arrange collection to get the items back to you.
While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the goods you intend to return to us. in particular;
You must not use any goods that you intend to return to us; and
All goods must be returned to us in the original packaging with all labels attached with any promotional items which accompanied them.
If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Faulty goods - If a product arrives faulty we will replace it. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us via the contact us page, by email or telephone please do not return goods without contacting us to arrange this. All agreed returns should be packaged correctly. Once the return is approved we will give you return instructions.
Non-delivery - If you haven't received your order within 10 working days please let us know so we can arrange a refund or replacement. Please note if your order is tracked as delivered you will be required to sign and return a denial of receipt letter in order for us to claim from courier/Royal Mail this protects us from fraudelent claims.
Delivery - Currently all goods are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Hermes depending on parcel weight/size. Parcels are dispatched within 3 working days. Standard delivery means Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery information as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery are estimates only. We currently only offer delivery to the UK however we are happy to provide overseas shipping quotes (this includes BFPO addresses) Please email us at for a quote.
